1. How do I get my personality reports? Per the guidelines of the American Psychological Association, the Level B reports for the FIRO-B® and the CPI 260® assessments have the potential of causing psychological harm when delivered without a personal consultation. So while we do use your reports to find matches, we cannot share the reports with you.
2. Will I be able to search through other members' profiles? No. You will only be able to look at the profiles of your matches. Everyone deserves their privacy and this helps you focus as well; rather than thinking you have thousands of matches out there. 3. Do you serve the gay and lesbian community? Yes, of course. In fact, our engine works even better for matching members of the same sex, due to the similarities in norms for the various measures. 4. How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to “My Settings > My Account Settings”. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current subscription period, but you will not be billed again. 5. I don't want anyone seeing my profile, how do I delete it?You can delete your profile by going to “My Settings > My Account Settings”. Please note that when you delete your profile, all your infomration will be lost. If you do not wish to receive any more matches, you can change this setting under “My Settings > Matching Criteria”. |
